The Lifestyle Entrepreneur Club grew out of the SCTP Lifestyle Entrepreneurship programme at SIT — a SkillsFuture-supported course for working adults building businesses around what they love. What started in a classroom became a community that kept going.
Two practitioners who have built things, led organisations, and now teach from hard-won experience rather than textbooks.
Over three decades of senior leadership in IT — Senior VP at Oracle and VP at Hewlett-Packard across Asia-Pacific and Japan. Since retiring from the corporate world in 2015, he has moved fully into academia, angel investing, and advising early-stage ventures. At SIT and SMU's Lee Kong Chian School of Business, he brings the lens of someone who has run large organisations to questions of innovation, venture building, and the role of networks in growth. PhD from SMU; MBA from Chicago Booth.
Nearly 30 years across consulting, entrepreneurship, and academia. Spent 15 years at Accenture Singapore helping organisations navigate complex transformation, then founded her own practice working with SME owners and founders on strategy and business model design. She teaches at both SIT and SMU, and her focus — lifestyle-aligned ventures built to last rather than built to impress — is exactly what this programme is about. PhD from SMU; Master of Commerce from UNSW.
