Your public profile page (accessible at /directory/your-url) is visible to anyone — no login required. It shows the profile fields you have filled in: name, bio, tagline, photos, business info, and social links.
Your email address is never shown publicly. WhatsApp numbers are only displayed if you choose to add one to your profile.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers to operate this site:
Community administrators may access your account data (including email and profile fields) for the purpose of managing the community or resolving issues you raise.
We may disclose your data to government authorities or law enforcement if required by Singapore law.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in Singapore. We take the following measures to protect your data:
No security system is perfect. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You can clear all your profile data at any time from My Profile → Delete Profile Data. This permanently removes your name, bio, photos, links, and all other profile fields while keeping your login account active. Your public profile will no longer appear in the directory.
To close your account entirely and delete your login credentials, contact a community administrator.
Under Singapore’s PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, reach out via the member hub.
Profile data is retained as long as your account is active. When you use “Delete Profile Data”, all your profile fields and uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our storage. Account data (email, login credentials) is retained as long as your account exists.
We may retain certain data where required by Singapore law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
